 Your 3-month period has ended as of July 14th, 2025 and your  report is due no later than August 13th, 2025.

 
About the 3 Month Progress Report

The 3 month progress report is intended to be a check-in on the status of your HCBF grant. This is an opportunity to share your progress on the grant to date, notify HCBF of any changes to the budget or scope, and discuss any unforeseen circumstances. You can also share any pictures related to the HCBF grant. The 6-month reporting form will ask for a more detailed account of your grant, including data collection and budget review.

 Please upload a Word document of no more than two pages, that addresses the following points:

 1. Provide an overview of your grant activities in the first three months.
 2. List any adjustments made to the scope or budget, and why.
 3. List any outside funding obtained as a result of this grant, or any new partnerships formed.

 If your report does not contain all of the above requested information, it will not be accepted.

This is an opportunity to share your progress on the completed program/project, notify HCBF of any changes to the budget or scope, and discuss any unforeseen circumstances. You can also share any pictures related to the HCBF grant.

2. List any adjustments or changes made to the scope or budget, and why.       

3. List any outside funding obtained as a result of this grant, or any new partnerships formed.

The Harbor Community Benefit Foundation is excited to announce the solicitation of application for Round 9 of the Community Benefit Grant Program. The Community Benefit Grant Program awards grants from the Port Community Mitigation Trust Fund, which was established to address the impacts of the Port of Los Angeles and Port-related activities on the communities of Wilmington and San Pedro. HCBF is committed to improving the well-being and creating a healthy environment for those affected by Port operations.
 HCBF intends to distribute up to a total of $370,000 in grant awards.

 Applications are due no later than 4pm PST on Tuesday, November 5, 2024
