Based in San Pedro, CA, Harbor Community Benefit Foundation (HCBF) is looking for an Executive Director with the ability to foster creativity and work in a team-oriented office environment. The
candidate must have relevant experience in fund development, non-profit management, program management.

About Us: The Harbor Community Benefit Foundation (HCBF) is an independent nonprofit grantmaking organization dedicated to mitigating the environmental justice and quality of life impacts of [Port-related industry and goods movement on adjacent communities in the Harbor-Gateway Region] the Port of Los Angeles on the neighboring communities of San Pedro and Wilmington, CA. HCBF administers funds to invest in communities significantly affected by their proximity to the Port of Los Angeles and related businesses and transportation corridors. HCBF Staff and its seven-member volunteer Board collaborate with local partners to address critical community needs.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized part-time Grants Management Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital role in supporting HCBF’s operations, encompassing responsibilities ranging from board meeting preparation, program and fundraising support, executive assistance, to general administrative tasks.
