Harbor Community Benefit Foundation is excited to announce the solicitation of applications for Round 10 of the Community Benefit Grant Program. 

The Community Benefit Grant Program awards grants from the Port Community Mitigation Trust Fund, which was established to address the impacts of the Port of Los Angeles and Port-related activities on the communities of Wilmington and San Pedro. HCBF is committed to improving environmental conditions, public health, safety, and overall quality of life for those affected by Port operations.

HCBF intends to distribute approximately $1,000,000 in grant awards for this round.

Applications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Friday, April 17, 2026.
